Please wrap your broken hard drive in an anti static wrapping and also ensure there is enough padding around your failed hard drive so that it doesn’t get damaged by moving during transport. When you contact us we’ll give you some additional advice about how to pack your failing hard drive. It’s much safer to send a faulty hard drive to us than to continue powering it on in your own home.
